DICK'S Sporting Goods Hours: Today’s Open & Close Times, Sunday & Holiday Hours

DICK'S Sporting Goods Hours Today: Opening and Closing Times

Each DICK'S store has a page on stores.dickssportinggoods.com showing that day's store hours and curbside pickup hours, with the full week in the page data.

The 9-to-9 week with a 10-to-7 Sunday holds in malls, power centers and city streets alike: Ross Park Mall in Pittsburgh, the Florida Mall in Orlando and the Boylston Street store in Boston's Back Bay all post the same schedule. The exceptions are small, an hour here or there.

DICK'S Sporting Goods Sunday Hours

On Sunday, DICK'S opens an hour later, at 10:00 AM, and closes at 7:00 PM at nine of the 10 stores we read. That is two hours earlier than the Saturday close, which matters on weekends with youth sports when you need cleats or a new glove before Monday.

The Nashville West store on Charlotte Pike is the one outlier in our sample, keeping its doors open until 8:00 PM on Sunday.

DICK'S Stores That Open Earlier or Close Earlier

• Lincoln Park, Chicago (1538 N Clybourn Ave): closes at 8:00 PM Monday through Saturday instead of 9:00 PM.
• Nashville West, Nashville (6812 Charlotte Pike): opens at 8:00 AM on Saturday and closes at 8:00 PM on Sunday.
• Every other store in the sample opened at 9:00 AM on weekdays and Saturday and at 10:00 AM on Sunday.

If your store is in a dense city neighborhood rather than a mall or power center, check its page before an evening trip. The Chicago Lincoln Park store was the only one in our sample with an earlier weeknight close.

DICK'S Curbside and In-Store Pickup Hours

DICK'S advertises free one-hour pickup, either curbside or in store, for online orders. Curbside hours are listed separately on each store page and can be longer than the store's own hours: on Wednesday, October 21, the Willowbrook Mall store in Houston showed curbside pickup from 8:00 AM to 9:00 PM, an hour before the doors opened.

Returns are free in store and at the curb, according to the same store pages.

DICK'S Store Services: Bike, Golf, Racquet and Glove

• Bike: repairs, tune-ups and accessory installation, plus free assembly of bikes bought at DICK'S.
• Golf: club fitting, tuning, regripping and repair; fittings are free with a club purchase.
• Racquet: restringing and grip replacement.
• Baseball and softball: in-store glove steaming to break in a new glove.
• Fishing: live bait and fishing licenses at stores that carry them.

These services are listed on the Willowbrook Mall store page in Houston and are handled by staff in the store, so they follow store hours. Services that need a technician, like bike repairs or club fittings, are easier to fit in earlier in the day than in the last hour before closing.

DICK'S Hours on Halloween Weekend

In October 2026 the DICK'S site leads with a Halloween shop of sporty costumes and trick-or-treat gear. Halloween falls on Saturday, October 31, 2026, and the store pages showed no special hours for it, so the usual Saturday schedule of 9:00 AM to 9:00 PM applies at most stores, with the Nashville West store opening at 8:00 AM.

Sunday, November 1 then returns to the shorter 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM window. Free in-store and curbside returns mean an unworn costume can go back during the week as well.

Is DICK'S Open on Thanksgiving, Black Friday and Christmas?

DICK'S had not posted 2026 holiday hours on its store pages when we checked in October, and its help desk did not list a national holiday schedule. When DICK'S sets holiday times, the store page is where they will show.

For Thanksgiving (November 26, 2026), Black Friday (November 27), Christmas Eve (December 24), Christmas Day (December 25) and New Year's Day (January 1, 2027), open your store's page in the days before you go.

DICK'S House of Sport, Golf Galaxy and Public Lands Stores

The company operates several store banners besides the standard DICK'S Sporting Goods store: DICK'S House of Sport, Golf Galaxy, Golf Galaxy Performance Center, Public Lands and the Going, Going, Gone! clearance stores. Each banner has its own store pages and can keep different hours from the DICK'S store down the road.

The hours on this page come from standard DICK'S Sporting Goods stores. If you are heading to a House of Sport or a Golf Galaxy, open that location's own page before you go.

DICK'S Customer Service Phone Number and Company Facts

DICK'S customer service can be reached at 1-877-846-9997 for questions about shipping, returns, in-store services and ScoreCard rewards, and a chat option is available on the help desk page. For a specific store, use the phone number on that store's page.

The company was founded in 1948, when 18-year-old Dick Stack opened a bait and tackle shop in Binghamton, New York, and it moved its corporate headquarters to the Pittsburgh area in 1994. Besides DICK'S Sporting Goods stores, the company runs Golf Galaxy and Public Lands.
